QUALIFICATION

Institutional Membership

Any corporation, partnership, government office or agency,

non-government organization, people’s associations, academic institution and other SEC-
registered & or CDA Registered entities, with juridical personalities involved in the practice

and promotion of renewable energy industry in the Philippines shall be eligible for Institutional
membership.

Associate Membership

Any person having an interest in the renewable energy practice
and profession, the programs and activities of REAP shall be eligible for associate membership.
In no case shall a corporation, partnership, government office/agency and associations be
allowed to become associate member.

Honorary Membership

Any person, who has made a significant contribution to the
fulfillment and/or advancement of REAP’s objectives, shall be eligible for election as Honorary
Member. The criteria for Honorary Membership require the nomination and sponsorship by
any REAP member, in good standing, submitted to the Board for approval and finally to the
REAP members for ratification in a regular or a special meeting with a quorum. Honorary
members however are not eligible to vote or be voted upon as an officer of the organization.
